In this four week yoga journey your teen will develop a practice that relaxes and stimulates the mind. The practice consists of sequenced poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation to discover greater strength, flexibility, and comfort in their bodies. This practice will naturally enhance their feelings of self confidence. Have your teen take time to unwind after the school year to learn helpful coping skills and reduce stress.
