A 5 Week Introduction to Yoga Course - This course starts from where you're at and takes you though, week by week, the basic Foundations of vinyasa style class. You will learn Sun Salutations, Standing Postures, Forward Folds, Backbends, Core integration and Pranayama (breath) work and Meditation.
For both complete Beginners or those that are still super new to the Vinyasa Yoga Style.
