Train the RIGHT way for a 5K race -- with an experienced coach and a structured training plan to get you to the finish line. This is a beginner program and no running experience is needed. 10-Week Program includes: - Weekly Group Runs - Weekly "Homework" Training Plans - Support, Guidance, and Accountability - Race-Day Support and Encouragement This group will train for the Freihofer's Run for Women 5K. Please note that there will be no group runs held on April 16, May 7, or May 28. Participants will be given an independent run to do on their own on those days instead. The program cost has been adjusted accordingly. In lieu if a final meeting on June 4, the group will meet at the race on June 3.
