This special offer of EMBODIED WISDOM Life Coaching & Yoga Meditation Mentoring includes the following:
1. Initial Discovery Call;
2. Review of Living Well Questionnaire;
3. Crafting of personalized practices;
4. Four Zoom (plus recording) OR Four 90-minute private coaching and mentoring sessions at AHA Yoga studio at 305 Duval Street in Lake City, FL;
5. E-mail or texting support from the teacher in between mentoring meetings; and
6. Relevant bibliographies, references, or digital practice resources, as needed and advised by your coach and mentor.
7. Follow-up email or call from your coach and mentor, within a month of completion.
