No co ordination necessary, just determination! - high intensity training - cardio shred - no equipment needed - competing against yourself - shed those extra pounds, while also building lean muscle. - anaerobic movements for short bursts of intense activity lasting only brief durations of time (20secs on, 10sec rest) This class is challenging, I'm not going to lie. As you get to know the class and the exercises, you can only get better and improve your fitness.
